2015年9月18日上午，2016年考研英語（一）大綱公布。對(duì)比前幾年的大綱， 我們可以看出，大綱對(duì)閱讀模塊的考查還是和往年一樣，基本沒有太大變化。其中，語言技能要求的第五條是根據(jù)上下文推測(cè)生詞的含義,下面小編就根據(jù)歷年真題為大家講講“詞匯題”怎么做。

1.根據(jù)詞根詞綴猜詞義

例如：（真題2006年Text1）

In spite of “endless talk of difference”, American society is an amazing machine for homogenizing people.There is “the democratizing uniformity of dress and discourse，and the casualness and absence of deference” characteristic of popular culture.People are absorbed into “a culture of consumption” launched by the 19th-century department stores that offered “vast s of goods in an elegant atmosphere.Instead of intimate shops catering to a knowledgeable elite”these were stores “anyone could enter，regardless of class or background.This turned shopping into a public and democratic act.” The mass media， advertising and sports are other forces for homogenization.

21.The word “homogenizing” (Para. 1) most probably means       .

我們不看文章，先看選項(xiàng)。Homogenizing這個(gè)詞語大家可能不認(rèn)識(shí)，沒有關(guān)系，通過詞根詞綴分析，我們知道homo-表示“相同的”，gen-表示“基因”；而選項(xiàng)A中，identi-表示“識(shí)別”（我們的身份證ID card,就是識(shí)別我們身份的）；選項(xiàng)B中，social-表示“社會(huì)的、聯(lián)系的”；選項(xiàng)C中，simila-表示“社會(huì)的、聯(lián)系的”；選項(xiàng)D中，mono-表示“單獨(dú)的”。只有home-（相同的)和題干中考查詞匯homo-(相同的)有相似的意思，那么答案就選C。

2.根據(jù)詞語原來含義聯(lián)想猜詞義

例如：(真題2010年Text2)Curbs on business-method claims would be a dramatic about-face, because it was the federal circuit itself that introduced such patents with is 1998 decision in the so-called state Street Bank case, approving a patent on a way of pooling mutual-fund assets. That ruling produced an explosion in business-method patent filings, initially by emerging internet companies trying to stake out exclusive rights to specific types of online transactions. Later, move established companies raced to add such patents to their files, if only as a defensive move against rivals that might beat them to the punch. “about-face”在我們軍訓(xùn)中和一些涉及軍事內(nèi)容的國(guó)外電影中（比如《越獄》，《阿甘正傳》），我們經(jīng)�？梢月牭�，教練或軍官發(fā)出這樣的命令，這是“向后轉(zhuǎn)”的意思。而在選項(xiàng)當(dāng)中，只有選項(xiàng)C表達(dá)的“轉(zhuǎn)向、轉(zhuǎn)變、變化”的含義，我們優(yōu)先考慮它，然后再看原文中“about-face”前面有個(gè)“dramatic ”（急劇的），而“向后轉(zhuǎn)”都180°了，不是“急劇的”嘛，因而答案更能確定了，選C。

3.根據(jù)標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)猜詞義

例如：（真題2004Text1)Instead, the best strategy is to use the agent as a kind of tip service to keep abreast of jobs in a particular database ; when you get E-mail, consider it a reminder to check the database again.

43. The expression “tip service” (Line 4, Paragraph 3) most probably means ________.

[A] advisory    [B] compensation    [C] interaction    [D] reminder

句子中的“；”表示它前后的兩個(gè)句子是并列關(guān)系，所表達(dá)的內(nèi)容也應(yīng)該是一致的。那么，分號(hào)前面的 tip service 就和后面的 a reminder形成并列，由此第43題可以快速找出答案，選D。

詞匯題的解題關(guān)鍵是該單詞并不重要，重要的要學(xué)會(huì)解剖這個(gè)單詞，聯(lián)想它的引申意思，用上下文中的關(guān)系找出該詞語的同義詞、近義詞、反義詞、原詞、概括詞或其解釋說明等。
