周付根,男,1965年09月出生于江西省,北京航空航天大學(xué)宇航學(xué)院圖像中心主任,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。1982年進(jìn)入北京航空航天大學(xué)電子工程系學(xué)習(xí),先后獲北京航空航天大學(xué)電子工程系學(xué)士學(xué)位,北京航空航天大學(xué)模式識(shí)別與智能系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士學(xué)位,北京航空航天大學(xué)模式識(shí)別與智能系統(tǒng)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位。中國(guó)科學(xué)院蘇州生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程研究所客座教授、博士導(dǎo)師。中國(guó)民主同盟海淀區(qū)高校專(zhuān)委副主任,中國(guó)宇航學(xué)會(huì)光電技術(shù)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員,全國(guó)放射治療、核醫(yī)學(xué)和放射劑量學(xué)設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)物理分會(huì)理事、醫(yī)學(xué)影像專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員。
2004年3月至8月到美國(guó)密歇根州威廉博蒙特(William Beaumont)醫(yī)院的研究院參加合作研究工作。曾獲部級(jí)科技成果獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng),其中二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),三等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。主持包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,北京市自然科學(xué)基金,航空科學(xué)基金,首都醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展基金,總裝863、國(guó)家863計(jì)劃,總裝預(yù)研和裝備研究項(xiàng)目等縱向、橫向課題30余項(xiàng)。參與編撰圖書(shū)4部。在包括國(guó)際著名刊物《Pattern Recognition》、《Optics Express》、《Journal of Biomedical Optics》等在內(nèi)的國(guó)內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100余篇,其中SCI檢索30余篇,EI檢索60余篇,ISTP檢索20篇。指導(dǎo)碩士研究生50余人、博士研究生10人、留學(xué)生3人。其中碩士生3人獲北航優(yōu)秀碩士研究生稱(chēng)號(hào),博士生1人獲北航優(yōu)秀博士論文、全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文提名,博士生1人獲北航十佳優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng),培養(yǎng)的工程碩士1人被評(píng)為“全國(guó)做出突出貢獻(xiàn)的工程碩士學(xué)位獲得者”。研制成功兩套裝備產(chǎn)品在XXX軍得到應(yīng)用;研制成功的6套圖像處理及應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。

(1)“遙感圖像四倍準(zhǔn)實(shí)時(shí)分形壓縮原理樣機(jī)系統(tǒng)研制”1997年航空工業(yè)總公司科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)(2);
(2)“病理學(xué)真彩色圖像的某些專(zhuān)項(xiàng)模塊和遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診及多媒體教學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的研究”2000年解放軍科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)(2);
(3)“真彩色醫(yī)學(xué)圖像分析系統(tǒng)”1994年解放軍科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(2);

已研制成功的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像應(yīng)用系統(tǒng):
1、“CMIAS系列多功能真彩色病理圖像分析系統(tǒng)”,獲北京市醫(yī)療器械準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)許可證,注冊(cè)號(hào):京藥管械(準(zhǔn))字2001第2210233號(hào);
2、研發(fā)的“SRRS伽瑪射線頭部立體放射治療系統(tǒng)”,(研制了其中的治療計(jì)劃系統(tǒng))獲國(guó)家醫(yī)療器械準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)許可證,注冊(cè)號(hào):國(guó)藥管械(準(zhǔn))字2002第3320342號(hào);2004年底通過(guò)美國(guó)FDA論證,文檔編號(hào)第K041125,這也是中國(guó)唯一獲批的大型醫(yī)療設(shè)備。
3、研制的“IPTS-2000型立體放射治療系統(tǒng)”,獲國(guó)家醫(yī)療器械準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)許可證,注冊(cè)號(hào):國(guó)藥管械(準(zhǔn))字2002第3040048號(hào);
