Edinburgh Fringe Festival: Can you work out these jokes written in emojis?

A stand up comedian has unveiled the world's first ever show written entirely in emojis.

一名單口喜劇演員日前公布了世界首個(gè)完全用表情符號(hào)書(shū)寫(xiě)的表演。

To celebrate the fastest growing language in the UK, multi-award winning comedian Adam Kay has put together the act which was written and translated into emojis.

為紀(jì)念這一在英國(guó)發(fā)展最迅猛的語(yǔ)言，曾斬獲多個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的喜劇演員亞當(dāng)•凱(Adam Kay)創(chuàng)作了這個(gè)喜劇節(jié)目并將其翻譯為表情符號(hào)。

"Every time I gig abroad - whether it's France or Finland - I always try to do some material in their native tongue, so I'm getting pretty used to translating jokes... But Emoji is probably the hardest language I've ever had to tackle.

“每次我去國(guó)外演出，無(wú)論是法國(guó)還是芬蘭，我總是試著用當(dāng)?shù)氐哪刚Z(yǔ)做演出素材，所以我已經(jīng)很習(xí)慣翻譯笑話了，不過(guò)表情符號(hào)恐怕是我翻譯過(guò)的最難的語(yǔ)言了。”

The show will take place at Three UK’s Edinburgh store over the opening weekend of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, from August 7 - 10.

這場(chǎng)演出將會(huì)在愛(ài)丁堡邊緣藝術(shù)節(jié)(Edinburgh Fringe Festival)的首周末、8月7日至10日舉行，地點(diǎn)在英國(guó)運(yùn)營(yíng)商Three UK愛(ài)丁堡店。

The special pictorial one-liners will be displayed on a digital screen in the store window, with the English translation accompanying them to cater for the less emoji-fluent passer by.

這個(gè)由圖片組成的特殊小笑話表演將在Three UK愛(ài)丁堡店櫥窗的電子屏幕上呈現(xiàn)，為照顧那些不怎么熟悉表情符號(hào)的路人，屏幕上還將配有英文翻譯。
