個人簡介：

馮文全，男，四川成都人，1970年8月出生，博士、研究員，碩士生導(dǎo)師。1994年獲北京航空航天大學(xué)電子工程系學(xué)士學(xué)位；1998年獲北京航空航天大學(xué)電子工程系碩士學(xué)位；2009年獲北京航空航天大學(xué)電子信息工程學(xué)院獲博士學(xué)位；自1998年3月留校任教至今，歷任電子信息工程學(xué)院副書記、副院長，北航保衛(wèi)部（處）長，現(xiàn)任北京航空航天大學(xué)教務(wù)處處長、廣州北航新興產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)研究院院長、北航衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航重大項(xiàng)目辦公室主任、北航衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航研究所所長、衛(wèi)星綜合測試與仿真課題組組長。中國電子學(xué)會高級會員，國家精品課程《電子電路》課程組主要成員，總裝第二代衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)重大專項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作專家組專家，中國全球定位系統(tǒng)衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航專業(yè)委員會委員。在國內(nèi)外核心刊物和國際會議上發(fā)表論文30余篇，申請國家發(fā)明專利10項(xiàng)，已授權(quán)3項(xiàng)。編寫教材兩本。

研究方向：

1、通信與信息系統(tǒng)（遙測遙控技術(shù)、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航、衛(wèi)星測試與仿真）

2、電路與系統(tǒng)（電路設(shè)計自動化EDA)

教學(xué)和人才情況：

主講課程《電子電路2（通信電路原理）》，本科生核心課程；2010年至今培養(yǎng)碩士生27人（已畢業(yè)15人），擔(dān)任副導(dǎo)師和協(xié)助指導(dǎo)博士生8人（已畢業(yè)4人），留學(xué)生1人，培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量良好。熱愛研究生教育事業(yè)，熟悉研究生教育的政策法規(guī)，教書育人，為人師表，治學(xué)態(tài)度嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，認(rèn)真履行指導(dǎo)教師職責(zé)。

科研情況：

長期從事衛(wèi)星通信與測控、衛(wèi)星綜合測試與仿真、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航等領(lǐng)域的科研工作，研究成果和解決方案在航天數(shù)十個衛(wèi)星型號中得到應(yīng)用。能及時掌握本學(xué)科的國際前沿及發(fā)展趨勢，能獨(dú)立從事并指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)造性的研究工作。有協(xié)助本人開展研究的學(xué)術(shù)隊(duì)伍和穩(wěn)定的科研項(xiàng)目及經(jīng)費(fèi)來源。主持并完成航空科學(xué)基金、總裝預(yù)研項(xiàng)目、總參預(yù)研項(xiàng)目、及重點(diǎn)型號橫向課題共百余項(xiàng)。
