匡漢暉,男,1967年生于江西泰和。1988年獲江西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;1991年獲北京林業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位;1994-1998年在美國(guó)佐治亞大學(xué)(University of Georgia)學(xué)習(xí),獲博士學(xué)位。博士畢業(yè)后于1998-2007年分別在以色列海法大學(xué)(University of Haifa)、美國(guó)加州大學(xué)戴維斯分校(University of California, Davis)和伯克萊分校(University of California, Berkeley)從事蔬菜抗病研究工作, 研究?jī)?nèi)容包括植物抗病基因的基因組學(xué)、群體遺傳學(xué)、分子進(jìn)化、抗病基因克隆等?锊┦康谝淮卧敿(xì)論述植物中的抗病基因不同的進(jìn)化速度,為抗病基因的保存、利用以及快速克隆提供理論基礎(chǔ)。2008年受聘為長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授,F(xiàn)為華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院蔬菜系教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。

研究方向:
課題組的研究領(lǐng)域是植物分子遺傳和基因組學(xué)。具體研究方向是植物抗病基因以及蔬菜特異性狀的遺傳和分子機(jī)理,F(xiàn)有(2014)研究課題為:
1、抗病基因基因組學(xué):植物中的抗病基因的全基因組分析,側(cè)重其分子進(jìn)化
2、抗病基因的快速克隆。利用第二代測(cè)序技術(shù)與BSA相結(jié)合快速定位抗病基因。利用VIGS技術(shù)快速鑒定抗性候選基因
3、蔬菜花青素高含量的遺傳與分子機(jī)理。通過遺傳方法定位和克隆調(diào)控花青素含量的基因,并分析其作用機(jī)理。
4、變態(tài)膨大莖的遺傳和分子機(jī)理。萵筍、榨菜、苤藍(lán)等變態(tài)莖膨大的遺傳和分子機(jī)理。
5、生菜、甘藍(lán)結(jié)球性狀的遺傳和分子機(jī)理。
6、生菜不同葉型發(fā)育的分子機(jī)理
7、植物中微型轉(zhuǎn)座子的基因組學(xué)
