An unmanned Russian cargo vessel successfullydocked with the International Space Station Sunday morning, breaking a string of failedattempts to resupply the station.

俄羅斯的“進步M-28M”號無人貨運飛船星期天早晨與國際空間站成功對接。之前向空間站運送物資的俄羅斯“進步號”飛船和美國“龍”飛船先后發(fā)生事故。

The Progress delivered more than three tons of food, fuel and supplies to the orbiting outpost.

“進步M-28M”號這次向空間站運送了三噸多食物、燃料和物資。

Officials said although the previous supply launches had failed, the ISS was not in immediatedanger of running out of supplies.

有關官員說，雖然之前的運送失敗，但空間站并未出現(xiàn)物資短缺。

U.S. astronaut Scott Kelly and Russian cosmonauts Gennady Pakalka and Mikhail Kornienko arecurrently living and working on the ISS.

目前空間站里有三名宇航員，他們是美國宇航員斯科特克里，俄羅斯宇航員帕達爾卡和科爾尼延科。

Three more astronauts are scheduled to join them later this month.

7月晚些時候將有另外三名宇航員前往空間站。
