個人簡介:
一、個人簡介
肖志松,博士,教授,博士生導師,院長,江西南昌人。2001年獲北京師范大學凝聚態(tài)物理專業(yè)理學博士學位,之后曾任職香港中文大學電子工程系副研究員進行博士后研究,中國電子信息產業(yè)發(fā)展研究院產業(yè)發(fā)展與應用服務研究所副所長,西班牙科學研究理事會(CSIC)光學所(IO)訪問研究員,大連路明科技集團副總工程師。2006年任北航物理系副教授,2009年任北航人事處人才交流中心主任,2010年任北航黨政辦公室副主任,2011年北航物理學院教授和博士生導師,2013年至今任北航物理學院院長。2008.10-2009.10還曾作為中組部和團中央第九批“博士服務團”成員,掛職陜西電子信息集團副總工程師;2013.1-2013.7為美國普渡大學高級訪問學者。2003年獲“全國留學回國人員先進個人”,2006年北京市“科技新星”和北航“藍天新秀”,2007年教育部“新世紀優(yōu)秀人才”,2009年獲國防科學技術進步獎二等獎1項。2010獲年北航“優(yōu)秀研究生指導教師”。
二、主要研究方向
1.集成光學材料與器件(應用于光電傳感和慣性導航等);
2.發(fā)光材料與器件物理(應用于光通訊和半導體照明等);
3.激光或離子束材料表面改性。
已在此三個研究領域發(fā)表論文92篇,其中被SCI收錄的第一或通訊作者論文50余篇,已授權發(fā)明專利6項,申請和公開發(fā)明專利5項。目前已完成和正在主持國家國際科技合作專項、國家科技支撐計劃子課題、國家自然科學基金、航空科學基金等課題18項。
