馬忠玉:男,1963年5月生,寧夏吳忠人,1989年10月加入中國共產(chǎn)黨,1984年7月參加工作。

教育背景
1992 獲西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學生態(tài)經(jīng)濟與資源管理博士學位。
1993—1996 英國愛丁堡大學(Edinburgh University)生態(tài)與資源管理學院,博士后研究;
1997—2004 短期研修、出訪國家包括:英國、美國、日本、德國、法國、瑞典、比利時、荷蘭、泰國、哥斯達黎加等國,擁有廣泛穩(wěn)定的國際聯(lián)系。
2005—2007國家發(fā)改委信息中心博士后站,獲應用經(jīng)濟學博士后學歷。
2013中共中央黨校廳局班,在培訓部世界經(jīng)濟格局支部學習。
工作經(jīng)歷
2012—至今寧夏回族自治區(qū)人民政府副秘書長,政府研究室、發(fā)展研究中心黨組書記、主任,中國人民大學環(huán)境學院教授,博士生導師。
2004—2012寧夏回族自治區(qū)發(fā)展和改革委員會副主任,黨組成員,中國人民大學環(huán)境學院教授,博士生導師。
2001—至今中國人民大學環(huán)境學院教授,博士生導師。
1998—2001 研究員,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院農(nóng)業(yè)自然資源與區(qū)域規(guī)劃研究所。中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院跨世紀學科帶頭人。

主要從事環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學、自然資源管理、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、區(qū)域規(guī)劃以及氣候變化適應等領域的研究與開發(fā)工作。
