1. 楊開峰教授是中國人民大學企業(yè)管理博士,美國Rutgers大學公共管理博士(2003),中組部****特聘專家。在美國佛羅里達州立大學公共管理與政策學院歷任終身職助理教授、副教授、正教授,F(xiàn)為中國人民大學公共管理學院教授、副院長。2012年當選為美國行政科學院院士,F(xiàn)任美國公共管理協(xié)會中國分會會長,并曾任美國公共管理協(xié)會績效管理分會會長,美國公共管理協(xié)會績效與責任中心主席等。擔任SSCI英文學術(shù)期刊《公共績效與管理評論》的執(zhí)行主編、并在多家SSCI英文學術(shù)期刊擔任編委。
2. 研究方向為績效管理、公民參與、戰(zhàn)略管理、行政改革、公共組織等。
3. 主要開設(shè)課程包括公共管理專題、經(jīng)典著作選讀、研究方法等。
