From 2004 to 2012, the proportion of students who are determined to further study increased rapidly from 45% to 76%. During the same period, the percentage of students who are willing to work after graduation remains steady.

The table chart informs us of the phenomenon that students in increasing numbers are willing to further study after graduation. What exactly contribute to this phenomenon?
