個人簡介：

何蕓，博士，清華大學(xué)電子工程系教授, Fellow of IEEE

1982年獲哈爾濱工程大學(xué)（哈爾濱船舶工程學(xué)院）工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，1984年獲上海交通大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，1989年獲比利時列日大學(xué)應(yīng)用科學(xué)博士學(xué)位。研究興趣包括視頻信號編碼理論和技術(shù)，視頻編碼器集成電路結(jié)構(gòu)，以及三維視頻圖象處理和編碼。

何蕓博士是IEEE Fellow, 她擔(dān)任IEEE電路與系統(tǒng)協(xié)會之圖象信號處理和通信技術(shù)委員會委員(VSPC TC,2003-)，并擔(dān)任這個技術(shù)委員會的秘書（2006-2008），及該技術(shù)委員會的主席（2008-2010）。她是IEEE電路與系統(tǒng)協(xié)會中電路與系統(tǒng)教育技術(shù)委員會(CASEO TC,2011-)成員，IEEE信號處理協(xié)會多媒體信號處理技術(shù)委員會成員(MMSP TC,2005-2008), IEEE信號處理協(xié)會圖象和多維信號處理技術(shù)委員會成員(IVMSP TC,2012-2014), IEEE信號處理協(xié)會信號處理教育技術(shù)委員會成員(SPESC TC, 2012-)。她是PCS圖象編碼國際會議執(zhí)委會成員（2001-）并任第25屆PCS會議的大會共同主席（PCS2006）。她應(yīng)邀為多個國際會議的組委會分項(xiàng)主席，如ICIP(2017),ICME(2007,2008), MMSP(2008), ISCAS(2007-2010), PCM(2001), VCIP(2005),和EUSIPCO(2012)。她是IEEE Transaction on CSVT期刊2007年Multiview Video Coding專刊， 2007年Journal of VLSI Signal Processing Systems期刊Hardware Implementation of Video Codec專刊，和IEEE Selected Topics in Signal Processing期刊2013年Video Coding: HEVC and beyond�？�的首席客座編輯。她是Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation，Elsevier期刊編輯，和Journal of VLSI Signal Processing Systems, Springer期刊編輯。
