科研成果
科研情況概述:
主要研究炭黑,白炭黑,碳納米管,黏土,石墨烯等不同形狀系數(shù)納米填料增強(qiáng)橡膠納米復(fù)合材料的組成設(shè)計(jì)、制備方法與工藝、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)與動(dòng)靜態(tài)性能間的關(guān)系; 橡膠復(fù)合材料動(dòng)靜態(tài)性能,如力學(xué)性能、疲勞、磨耗、粘彈性與產(chǎn)品使用性能,如輪胎的滾阻、耐磨、抗?jié)窕年P(guān)系;近年來,還開展了水凝膠的設(shè)計(jì)制備、結(jié)構(gòu)性能及應(yīng)用,生物質(zhì)高分子材料等方面的研究。2004年入選北京市科技新星計(jì)劃,2009年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才計(jì)劃;承擔(dān)并完成3項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目,國(guó)家十五攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目,973項(xiàng)目子課題,國(guó)家支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目等,同時(shí)承擔(dān)并完成企業(yè)合作項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng),與企業(yè)合作承擔(dān)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,與國(guó)內(nèi)高校合作參研國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等,注重基礎(chǔ)理論研究和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的緊密結(jié)合,多次為全國(guó)輪胎配方設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)高級(jí)培訓(xùn)班授課。發(fā)表SCI論文60余篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10余項(xiàng)。

榮譽(yù)及獲獎(jiǎng):
獲中國(guó)石油與化學(xué)工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng);“節(jié)油輪胎用高性能橡膠納米復(fù)合材料的設(shè)計(jì)及制備關(guān)鍵技術(shù)”獲2015年度國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。
學(xué)術(shù)兼職:
中國(guó)橡膠專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,為全國(guó)輪胎配方設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)高級(jí)培訓(xùn)班授課。
