牛玉貞,女,1982年7月出生,博士,“閩江學(xué)者”特聘教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,福建省青年拔尖創(chuàng)新人才,福建省新媒體行業(yè)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)基地主任。畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院計(jì)算機(jī)軟件與理論專(zhuān)業(yè)。在美國(guó)威斯康星大學(xué)-麥迪遜分校計(jì)算機(jī)系進(jìn)行了兩年的學(xué)習(xí)和科學(xué)研究工作。在美國(guó)波特蘭州立大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)系完成了兩年的博士后工作。2013年晉升教授職稱并入選福建省“閩江學(xué)者”特聘教授,2015年獲得福建省自然科學(xué)基金杰青項(xiàng)目,2016年入選福建省青年拔尖創(chuàng)新人才,2016年獲得福州大學(xué)第五屆“杰出青年教師勵(lì)志獎(jiǎng)”。
主要從事2D&3D圖像和視頻處理、計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)、多媒體、智能信息處理、人機(jī)交互等領(lǐng)域的研究工作,從事的研究課題包括圖像和視頻適應(yīng)、立體三維圖像處理、多媒體質(zhì)量評(píng)估、媒體顯著度分析和視頻交互等。在若干國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊和會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文,包括ACM Transactions on Graphics、IEEE Transactions on Multimedia、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、Neural Networks、SIGGRAPH ASIA、IEEE CVPR、IEEE ICCV、ACM CHI、IJCAI等,共計(jì)發(fā)表和錄用論文40多篇,獲得一項(xiàng)美國(guó)專(zhuān)利。2013年獲得國(guó)際頂級(jí)會(huì)議ACM CHI最佳論文提名獎(jiǎng)。近5年主持主要項(xiàng)目7項(xiàng),包括福建省閩江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、福建省青年拔尖創(chuàng)新人才項(xiàng)目、福建省自然科學(xué)基金杰青項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、福建省自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目和福州大學(xué)科研啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目各1項(xiàng)。

2016年和2017年培養(yǎng)的碩士研究生3人次獲得國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,2人次獲得福州大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)研究生。培養(yǎng)的碩士研究生多人次獲得各種競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
