工學(xué)博士,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。一直在華東理工大學(xué)從事教學(xué)科研工作,曾作為訪問(wèn)學(xué)者在日本京都大學(xué)和美國(guó)佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)進(jìn)行研究工作。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人主持了多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、863、國(guó)家重大專項(xiàng)課題以及生物制藥、發(fā)酵行業(yè)等工業(yè)應(yīng)用型課題。曾獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)和明治生命科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)。
研究方向:
1.產(chǎn)乳酸細(xì)菌系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)研究(基因組代謝網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用)。
2. 微生物發(fā)酵過(guò)程優(yōu)化與放大。
3.基于微液滴和孔板的微生物菌株高通量篩選。
