博士,研究員,博導(dǎo)。1962年生,1984年畢業(yè)于華東化工學(xué)院生化工程專業(yè)后立留任任教,1997年獲華東理工大學(xué)生化工程碩士學(xué)位,2006年獲華東理工大學(xué)生物化工博士學(xué)位現(xiàn)任華東理工大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)院院長,國家生化工程技術(shù)研究中心(上海)主任,上海生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)研究院副院長,“ 863”生物與醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域工業(yè)生物技術(shù)主題專家,中國微生物學(xué)會第十屆理事會常務(wù)理事,生化過程模型化與控制專業(yè)委員會主任委員,中國化工學(xué)會生物化工專業(yè)委員會副主任委員。
長期來主要從事發(fā)酵過程的優(yōu)化與放大研究,在國家生物反應(yīng)器工程重點實驗室和國家生化工程技術(shù)研究中心(上海)的工作中,在“十一五”期間,完成了“ 973”項目“工業(yè)生物技術(shù)的過程科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究-生化反應(yīng)過程放大原理與方法”(課題編號:2007CB714303,課題負責(zé)人)‘十二五’期間作為項目負責(zé)人,承擔(dān)了上海市科委基地建設(shè)項目“上海生物過程工程專業(yè)服務(wù)平臺再建設(shè)”(項目負責(zé)人,課題編號:11DZ2292700,13DZ2290500),并作為主要參加者,參加了‘十一五’ 863重點項目“頭孢菌素ç發(fā)酵工業(yè)用菌種改造和代謝工程技術(shù)“,”紅霉素發(fā)酵工業(yè)用菌種改造與過程優(yōu)化控制技術(shù)“,”十二五“期間” 863項目:生物過程關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及裝備研發(fā)“,” 973項目:工業(yè)生物過程高效轉(zhuǎn)化與系統(tǒng)集成的科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究”等重大項目。在長期研究中 本人所在的研究團隊,圍繞著工業(yè)生物過程的基礎(chǔ)研究,關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)研究和技術(shù)推廣開展了大量工作,在多尺度發(fā)酵過程參數(shù)相關(guān)分析理論方法基礎(chǔ)上,又形成了基于細胞生理特性和反應(yīng)器流場特性相結(jié)合的工業(yè)生物過程優(yōu)化與放大理論與方法及其相關(guān)的裝備,并在紅霉素,頭孢菌素C,鳥苷,葡萄糖酸鈉,阿維菌素等數(shù)十個品種的工業(yè)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)品中成功應(yīng)用。本人在發(fā)酵過程的參數(shù)相關(guān)分析,發(fā)酵過程代謝調(diào)控和工業(yè)生物過程放大等方面形成了研究特色近年來獲得國家科技進步二等獎三項,上海市科技進步一等獎三項,中國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新成果獎一項;發(fā)表論文150余篇,SCI收錄90余篇,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利25項。
