1. 利用高空間分辨率和高光譜分辨率遙感數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行土地覆蓋、利用分類以及對(duì)于多尺度遙感數(shù)據(jù)的融合和變化探測(cè)研究。
2. 利用以上遙感手段,為基于傳染病傳播機(jī)制的過程模型提供數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)造空間連接性,建立基于遙感、地理信息系統(tǒng)的傳染病時(shí)空耦合的傳播模型。
3. 基于傳染病傳播機(jī)制的個(gè)體模型建設(shè)和病原體、宿主及其交互作用的研究。
