究?jī)?nèi)容,利用蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)解析結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)模擬技術(shù),研究酶的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能之
間的構(gòu)效關(guān)系;通過(guò)蛋白質(zhì)工程手段對(duì)酶的穩(wěn)定性、活性、底物特異性等方
面進(jìn)行分子改造,獲得滿足工業(yè)化需求的高效酶制劑;通過(guò)構(gòu)建無(wú)細(xì)胞催化
體系或微生物細(xì)胞工廠高效合成植物天然產(chǎn)物,利用生化反應(yīng)工程及代謝工
程的策略對(duì)生物轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化,為實(shí)現(xiàn)其產(chǎn)業(yè)化提供理論指導(dǎo)。
