研究領(lǐng)域
從毒理學(xué)的角度研究環(huán)境污染物與人類健康之間的關(guān)系。包括以基因組技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的新的毒性檢測(cè)和預(yù)測(cè)方法研究,以分子生物學(xué)和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)的毒性機(jī)理研究,新興有毒污染物的篩選,污染物健康基準(zhǔn)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究等。?
研究概況
實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力于解決三大問(wèn)題:什么污染物是對(duì)健康有害的?這些污染物為什么有害?環(huán)境中多大量的污染物才對(duì)健康有害?主持和參與的項(xiàng)目有:
1. 國(guó)家科技重大專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目《水體污染控制與治理科技重大專項(xiàng)》下子課題《再生水親水景觀微量靶污染物檢測(cè)與防控技術(shù)體系》,2017ZX07103-004,2017.1-2020.6,主要參與人,負(fù)責(zé)部分137.28萬(wàn)。
2. 國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目《城市雜用再生水吸入暴露風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子研究》,No. 21777084,2018.1-2021.12,65萬(wàn),項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
3. 國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,政府間國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新合作重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)《再生水安全供水系統(tǒng)與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)》,2016YFE0118800,2016.12-2019.12,1675萬(wàn),主要參與人,負(fù)責(zé)部分110萬(wàn)。
4. 國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目《京津冀水資源安全保障技術(shù)研發(fā)集成與示范應(yīng)用》下課題《京津冀非常規(guī)水安全利用技術(shù)研發(fā)示范》,2016YFC0401405,2016.7-2020.12,負(fù)責(zé)部分55萬(wàn),主要參與人。
5. 國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目《再生水中新興雌激素活性消毒副產(chǎn)物的親和分離鑒定及其生成規(guī)律的研究》,NO. 21377066, 2014.1-2017.12,82萬(wàn),項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
6. 國(guó)家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃(863計(jì)劃)《再生水的安全性評(píng)價(jià)與控制技術(shù)》,NO. 2013AA065205, 2013.1-2015.12,負(fù)責(zé)部分60萬(wàn),主要參與人。
7. 清華大學(xué)自主科研青年教師自主選題基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目,《基于雌激素受體致病機(jī)理的污染物篩選與鑒定》,2011.7-2014.6,62萬(wàn),項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
8. 環(huán)保部水專項(xiàng)(與中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)研究院合作),《重點(diǎn)流域優(yōu)控污染物水環(huán)境質(zhì)量基準(zhǔn)研究》,2012.1-2015.12,負(fù)責(zé)部分16萬(wàn),參與人。
9. 國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目《MicroRNA毒理基因組學(xué):雌激素在小鼠體內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖譜的研究》,2011.1-2013.12,21007030, 20萬(wàn),項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
