徐晨,北京工業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)部教授,博士生導(dǎo)師
光電子技術(shù)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任
國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃“戰(zhàn)略性先進(jìn)電子材料”重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)總體專家
主要從事半導(dǎo)體光電子材料和器件的研究教學(xué)工作。
研究方向:微納結(jié)構(gòu)半導(dǎo)體光電子器件,大功率半導(dǎo)體激光器,石墨烯CVD生長(zhǎng)和應(yīng)用等。
主持和承擔(dān)國家863計(jì)劃、973計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金及其他國家和省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)科研項(xiàng)目幾十項(xiàng)。研制出多種性能優(yōu)異的半導(dǎo)體激光器、LED和探測(cè)器。其中所研發(fā)的高亮度紅光LED技術(shù)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓600萬美元,并獲風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資3000萬美元在北京實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。獲北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)。國家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)10余項(xiàng)。近幾年在Appl Phys Lett, Opt Lett, IEEE系列等國際重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文60余篇。培養(yǎng)博士和碩士研究生40余人。
