模擬復試現(xiàn)場

大多數院校復試的流程為：報道→體檢→專業(yè)筆試∕聽力考試→專業(yè)面試∕英語口試→加試。其中真正發(fā)揮空間比較大的就是面試，也是眾多考生擔心的地方。

考官想要什么樣的研究生

1.人品
基礎項：善良、正直、負責;
科研相關項：進取、有一定的承受能力、好奇心
加分項：樂于助人、大度幽默、細心獨立
2.能力
基礎項：生活能力、基本的學習能力
科研相關項：動手能力、思考能力、合作能力、表達能力
3.投緣
中心原則就是不要讓場面尷尬，營造比較融洽的面試氛圍。

面試流程與內容

1.入場
要注意禮節(jié)，基本的禮儀千萬不要出錯。例如敲門征得許可后再進入，先向各位老師問好，鞠躬幅度要適宜，得到老師同意后入座。
2.自我介紹
打好腹稿，表達清晰流暢、簡明扼要，給老師們留下好的第一印象，也會使你在之后的面試中信心倍增。切忌機械背誦，要包含感情，適當放緩語速，加以談笑。
3.回答問題
回答專業(yè)相關問題切忌死記書本，要結合導師的項目或論文，突出自己的優(yōu)勢，讓老師覺得“你需要我這樣的研究生”。
如果遇到不熟悉的問題不要立即回答，先思考一個大概的思路，放緩語速，盡可能清晰流暢地表達，擅用“第一、第二”，顯得自己的表述很有邏輯。

考研面試注意事項

1.忌夸夸其談
導師要的是能做事少說話的學生，因此不要夸夸其談，可以隨意但不能隨便�；卮饐栴}時態(tài)度要誠懇，切忌不懂裝懂。
2.充分調動各種感官
老師在面試考生時，有時會與學生有目光的交流，如果有這種情況，我們要抓住機會加深自己在導師眼中的印象，例如適當點一下頭，或微笑表示贊同等，與老師的目光接觸十分有效。
3.以平穩(wěn)的心態(tài)應對全局
提前準備一些可以談論的話題，對于面試老師曾經發(fā)表過的論文，做到心中有數。遇到不熟悉的問題可以向自己熟悉的方向引導。
