①具體研究領(lǐng)域:致力于藥物代謝動(dòng)力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論和應(yīng)用的研究,以藥物代謝動(dòng)力學(xué)新理論、新模型、新技術(shù)和新方法的研究及其在新藥開發(fā)研究中的應(yīng)用為主要的研究方向。目前主要研究方向包括:
1.藥動(dòng)學(xué)和藥效學(xué)結(jié)合模型研究
2.創(chuàng)新藥物的藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)研究
②課題資助:目前承擔(dān)兩項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金資助項(xiàng)目
③所獲成果:2004年獲得江蘇省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)(創(chuàng)新藥物體內(nèi)吸收、代謝、分布與排泄新理論與新模型研究);2007年獲得國(guó)家科技進(jìn)二等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)(臨床前藥物代謝動(dòng)力學(xué)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與研究體系);
④研究生培養(yǎng):培養(yǎng)碩士研究生25名,目前在讀碩士11名;培養(yǎng)博士研究生4名,目前在讀博士生4名。
