劉力,男,1970年生,教授,博導(dǎo),科技部973計劃首席科學(xué)家,北京市先進彈性體工程技術(shù)研究中心主任,北京化工大學(xué)先進彈性體材料研究中心主任,中國功能材料學(xué)會理事,中國新材料技術(shù)協(xié)會理事。
劉力長期從事橡膠材料的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)和高技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究,先后承擔(dān)或完成了三十多項國家級高技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用項目,包括973計劃、軍工973課題、國家863項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點和面上項目、國防科工局國防創(chuàng)新團隊項目、國防基礎(chǔ)科研項目、國防軍品配套項目、總裝預(yù)先研究項目等,開發(fā)了多種特殊工況條件下的先進彈性體復(fù)合材料與功能材料,包括低滾動阻力、高抗撕裂強度長壽命坦克負重輪膠胎,高模量、高阻隔、導(dǎo)熱、高耐磨的先進碳/橡膠復(fù)合材料,高能X射線屏蔽、復(fù)雜混合中子伽瑪核輻射場移動與固定防護等材料等。
以第一完成人獲北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎和中國石油和化學(xué)工業(yè)聯(lián)合會技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎各一項,其他省部級以上科技成果獎勵6項。共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文169篇,其中以通訊聯(lián)系人身份在Advanced Functional Materials、Small、Scientific Reports、Langmuir等國內(nèi)外刊物上共發(fā)表SCI論文60多篇。合著出版專著2部。授權(quán)國外發(fā)明專利4項,授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利40項,PCT專利申請8項。先后組織或參與組織了多次國際和國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)活動,并多次在國際和國內(nèi)重要學(xué)術(shù)會議上作邀請報告。2003年入選北京市科技新星計劃(人才計劃),2005年獲霍英東青年教師基金優(yōu)選資助,2006年入選教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃,獲2013年度中國化工學(xué)會侯德榜化工科學(xué)技術(shù)青年獎,2015年獲中國化工學(xué)會橡膠專業(yè)委員會全國橡膠工業(yè)優(yōu)秀科技工作者。
