WARSAW, June 19 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Poland Sunday on the second stop of his three-nation Eurasia tour aimed at cementing bilateral ties and strengthening China’s relations with Europe.

6月19日，華沙(新華社)-中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平于本周日到訪歐亞三國(guó)行第二站波蘭，旨在鞏固雙邊關(guān)系，加強(qiáng)中歐關(guān)系。

It is the first state visit by a Chinese head of state to Poland in 12 years. Before visiting Poland, Xi visited Serbia from June 17 to June 19.

12年以來，這是中國(guó)國(guó)家首腦第一次對(duì)波蘭進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問。在訪問波蘭之前，習(xí)近平在6月17日到19日間訪問了塞爾維亞。

Poland sent fighter jets to escort Xi’s plane when it entered the country’s airspace. Xi and his wife Peng Liyuan were greeted by Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski at the airport.

當(dāng)飛機(jī)進(jìn)入波蘭領(lǐng)空，波蘭派戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)護(hù)送習(xí)總的專機(jī)。波蘭外交部部長(zhǎng)Witold Waszczykowski在機(jī)場(chǎng)迎接了習(xí)主席和其夫人彭麗媛。

Upon his arrival, Xi extended sincere greetings and best wishes to the Polish people.Noting that Poland is among the first countries to recognize and establish diplomatic ties with the People’s Republic of China, Xi said in a written statement that the two countries have always treated each other with respect and equality over the past 67 years since they forged diplomatic ties in October 1949.

一抵達(dá)波蘭，習(xí)主席就向波蘭人民表達(dá)最誠(chéng)摯的問候和祝愿。習(xí)主席在一份書面聲明中稱，自1949年10月兩國(guó)達(dá)成外交關(guān)系以來，在過去的67年里，兩國(guó)總是本著尊重和平等對(duì)待彼此，習(xí)還強(qiáng)調(diào)道，波蘭是同中華人民共和國(guó)建立外交關(guān)系的第一批國(guó)家之一。

China attaches great importance to the ties with Poland and hopes to consolidate traditional friendship, expand cooperation in all fields and lift the bilateral relations to a new height, according to Xi.

據(jù)習(xí)說，中國(guó)高度重視和波蘭的關(guān)系，希望鞏固兩國(guó)間的傳統(tǒng)友誼，擴(kuò)大各領(lǐng)域合作，將雙邊關(guān)系上升到一個(gè)新高度。

During his stay in Warsaw, Xi is scheduled to hold talks with Polish President Andrzej Duda on enhancement of bilateral ties.

在他訪問華沙期間，習(xí)計(jì)劃和波蘭總理Andrzej Duda就增進(jìn)雙邊關(guān)系方面進(jìn)行對(duì)話。

He will also meet with Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo and attend a luncheon hosted by Polish parliamentary leaders.

他還會(huì)會(huì)見波蘭首相Beata Szydl，參加波蘭議會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人主持的午宴。

The two sides are expected to sign agreements in areas such as finance, civil aviation, science and technology, and education.

雙邊都期望在金融，民航，科學(xué)，科技和教育領(lǐng)域達(dá)成協(xié)議。

Since the two countries lifted their bilateral ties to strategic partnership in 2011, their relations have been on a fast track.

自2011年，雙方將雙邊關(guān)系上升到戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系以來，兩國(guó)關(guān)系就進(jìn)入了快車道。

With bilateral trade reaching 17.1 billion U.S. dollars in 2015, Poland has been China’s largest trading partner in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), while China has been Poland’s largest trading partner in Asia.

2015年，雙邊貿(mào)易額達(dá)到171億美元，波蘭是中國(guó)在中東歐最大的貿(mào)易伙伴，中國(guó)是波蘭在亞洲最大的貿(mào)易伙伴。

More than 60,000 Chinese tourists travelled to Poland last year, up from 7,700 in 2004. Five Confucius Institutes have been set up in the country.

去年，六萬多名中國(guó)游客到波蘭旅行，比2004年多7700人，去年波蘭全國(guó)設(shè)立了五個(gè)孔子學(xué)院。

"China-Poland ties are at a historical high," said Chinese ambassador to Poland Xu Jian.

中國(guó)駐波蘭大使徐建說：“中波關(guān)系達(dá)到了歷史高度。”
