教育背景與工作經(jīng)歷
【個人簡介】王金亭:男,教授,博士生導師,教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才計劃獲得者,北京交通大學理學院數(shù)學系支部書記、副主任。 2000年在中國科學院應用數(shù)學所獲博士學位,研究領(lǐng)域為應用概率統(tǒng)計和隨機運籌學,F(xiàn)任中國運籌學會隨機服務(wù)與運作管理分會副理事長,中國運籌學會可靠性分會副理事長,北京運籌學會副理事長。2006年獲得教育部霍英東教育基金會第十屆高等院校青年教師獎,2011年入選教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃。
曾訪問加拿大薩斯卡徹溫大學、曼尼托巴大學,西班牙 Complutense de Madrid大學,韓國高麗大學,新加坡國立大學,英國拉夫堡大學,匈牙利德布勒森大學、布達佩斯工業(yè)經(jīng)濟大學、日本甲南大學、臺灣靜宜大學、美國西華盛頓大學等高!,F(xiàn)任國際刊物《International Journal of Operations Research》Associate Editor、《數(shù)理統(tǒng)計與管理》編委、《系統(tǒng)科學與數(shù)學》編委。主持國家自然科學基金六項、省部級項目三項。已發(fā)表學術(shù)論文近百篇,其中50余篇SCI檢索論文、40余篇EI檢索論文,SCI他引次數(shù)200余次。
代表性研究成果:(1)系統(tǒng)研究了重試排隊系統(tǒng)的可靠性問題,得到M/G/1型可修重試排隊系統(tǒng)的完整可靠性指標。此方面前后有20余篇相關(guān)學術(shù)論文發(fā)表在國際知名期刊上,SCI引用總次數(shù)超過100次,并被Springer出版的兩本專著收錄,得到了國際同行的認可和較多引用。(2)研究了重試排隊系統(tǒng)在不同信息精度下的均衡分析與優(yōu)化策略,給出了復雜重試環(huán)境下顧客入隊策略的納什均衡解和社會最優(yōu)解,并進一步結(jié)合無線通信對接入服務(wù)定價問題進行了深入研究。(3)與合作者一起提出了有限狀態(tài)PH半馬氏信道模型(Finite-State Phase-Type Semi-Markov Channel Model),該模型突破了有限狀態(tài)馬氏無線信道(FSMC)的無記憶特性這一假設(shè),根據(jù)無線信道的統(tǒng)計特性進一步研究了無線信號傳輸與信道狀態(tài)相依的現(xiàn)實問題,刻畫了無線信道如慢衰落信道在每一狀態(tài)的駐留時間、電平的通過次數(shù)依賴于相應的信道狀態(tài)等統(tǒng)計特性。
2010年7月他以大會主席身份在北京交大組織召開“第五屆排隊論及網(wǎng)絡(luò)應用國際會議”,代表來自美國、加拿大、英國、法國等14個國家和地區(qū),規(guī)模為歷屆QTNA系列會議中最大。會議得到國家自然科學基金的大力支持,論文集的出版得到國際著名學術(shù)組織ACM的支持并被EI、ACM數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄,國際 SCI源刊物Journal of Industrial and Management Optimizations遴選優(yōu)秀的論文作為特刊于2011年分兩期出版發(fā)表。
目前指導博碩研究生多名,與美國、加拿大、歐洲多位同行學者有良好國際合作,多種渠道聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)碩博研究生。迄今已培養(yǎng)碩士研究生、博士研究生30余名,博士后2名,畢業(yè)后分別在國家機關(guān)、高等院校、銀行、國企等單位工作;目前在讀碩士研究生7名,博士研究生5名。每年招生碩士研究生3名,博士研究生1-2名,博士后1-2名,歡迎有研究興趣的優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生報考/合作聯(lián)系。

主講全校公共課《概率論與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計》及數(shù)學系各專業(yè)的《概率論》、《隨機運籌學》等本科課程;主講《隨機過程論》、《現(xiàn)代精算風險理論》、《排隊論》、《隨機分析及應用》、《可靠性統(tǒng)計》等碩博研究生課程。北京交通大學優(yōu)秀主講教師,曾于2006年獲得教育部霍英東基金委員會第十屆高等院校青年教師獎(教學類三等獎)等榮譽稱號。
學術(shù)成果
期刊論文
在應用概率統(tǒng)計和隨機運籌學研究領(lǐng)域已發(fā)表學術(shù)論文近百篇。其中50余篇SCI檢索論文,40余篇EI檢索論文,SCI他引次數(shù)200余次,單篇論文最高SCI引用次數(shù)達60次。研究成果發(fā)表在該領(lǐng)域國際著名期刊上,如 IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Queueing Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Multivariate Analysis, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Computers & Industrial Engineering等刊物。相關(guān)研究成果被本領(lǐng)域國際同行廣泛引用,如在重試排隊系統(tǒng)的可靠性分析方面所做的工作SCI引用總次數(shù)已經(jīng)超過100次,多篇論文被Springer出版的兩本專著收錄。
