主要成果:
本人圍繞綠色催化與有機(jī)合成開(kāi)展了系統(tǒng)而深入的工作,分別在基于過(guò)渡金屬催化的炔烴的高效有機(jī)反應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)和大環(huán)配體的高價(jià)有機(jī)銅化學(xué)研究?jī)蓚(gè)方面,取得了一系列開(kāi)拓性的重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新成果:(1)在過(guò)渡金屬催化的炔烴的高效有機(jī)反應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)方面,基于炔烴的胺鈀化反應(yīng)生成穩(wěn)定的有機(jī)鈀中間體的重要發(fā)現(xiàn),設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)展一系列高效綠色的有機(jī)反應(yīng)新方法,將簡(jiǎn)單的炔烴在一鍋煮條件下通過(guò)復(fù)雜串聯(lián)反應(yīng)高效地轉(zhuǎn)化為具有潛在生物活性的雜環(huán)化合物。通過(guò)反應(yīng)機(jī)理研究,進(jìn)一步闡明了反應(yīng)的機(jī)理,揭示了陰離子在各基元反應(yīng)中的作用機(jī)制以及對(duì)活性催化物種的影響。最后,在反應(yīng)研究和機(jī)理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)展了一種低催化劑上載量的綠色催化方法。
(2)在高價(jià)有機(jī)銅化學(xué)方面,利用所設(shè)計(jì)的新型大環(huán)配體,制備了一類結(jié)構(gòu)新穎的室溫下穩(wěn)定的有機(jī)三價(jià)銅化合物,首次發(fā)現(xiàn)和報(bào)道了有機(jī)三價(jià)銅化合物與陰離子型親核試劑的高效反應(yīng)。通過(guò)對(duì)有機(jī)三價(jià)銅的結(jié)構(gòu)、反應(yīng)性質(zhì)和形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,展示了三價(jià)銅獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)和反應(yīng)性質(zhì),填補(bǔ)了人們對(duì)高價(jià)銅認(rèn)識(shí)的不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并發(fā)展了一種室溫下銅催化的碳?xì)滏I直接功能化的反應(yīng),為研究銅催化有機(jī)反應(yīng)的機(jī)理和新反應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)提供新思路。迄今為止以第一作者或共同第一作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Eur. J.等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)論文12篇。
