現(xiàn)為長(zhǎng)江水產(chǎn)研究所水生態(tài)毒理學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人。博士畢業(yè)于捷克南波希米亞大學(xué),長(zhǎng)期從事水生態(tài)毒理學(xué)研究。2010年赴美國(guó)加州大學(xué)河濱分校Prof. DanelSchlenk實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪問(wèn)交流,主要是對(duì)水體中污染物對(duì)小型魚(yú)類(lèi)的神經(jīng)行為學(xué)影響進(jìn)行研究。2011年-2012年期間,在新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)從事博后研究,主要研究方向是利用斑馬魚(yú)做為模式生物進(jìn)行毒理基因組學(xué)影響。
到2014年為止,以第一作者發(fā)表34 篇(總共發(fā)表47篇),最高影響因子8.633,文章總被引超過(guò)521次(他引382次),最高單篇被引用為44次,H-index=14。目前擔(dān)任SCI刊物Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology(IF=1.316)的編委和BioMed Research International(IF=2.880)專(zhuān)刊的客座編輯,并擔(dān)任PLoS ONE, AquaticToxicology等22種該領(lǐng)域SCI期刊的獨(dú)立審稿人,F(xiàn)為科技部國(guó)際合作專(zhuān)項(xiàng)評(píng)審專(zhuān)家?guī)斐蓡T,中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)理事會(huì)員,中國(guó)毒理學(xué)會(huì)環(huán)境與生態(tài)毒理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)會(huì)員和中國(guó)化學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員。

研究興趣:
目前主要是利用各種生物標(biāo)志物對(duì)水環(huán)境中的污染物進(jìn)行生態(tài)健康評(píng)價(jià),工作主要從兩方便展開(kāi),一是將水環(huán)境中典型污染物的生態(tài)毒性效應(yīng)及分子機(jī)制研究,主要以淡水魚(yú)類(lèi)作為活體模型,將微觀與宏觀相結(jié)合,從分子/生化/生理/個(gè)體層次上進(jìn)行,并建立之間的聯(lián)系,探索污染物對(duì)水生生物的生殖毒性、神經(jīng)毒性、發(fā)育毒性、健康危害,以及多種污染物在環(huán)境條件下的復(fù)合作用,通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)錄組、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)分析來(lái)表征污染物的制毒作用機(jī)制,從而為污染物的危險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)以及為我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、生態(tài)安全及環(huán)境保護(hù)決策提供理論依據(jù);二是針對(duì)新興污染物(如藥物殘留活性物質(zhì)、人工納米污染物等)的分子標(biāo)記物的篩選及其環(huán)境健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,主要以小型淡水魚(yú)類(lèi)(如斑馬魚(yú)、青鳉等)為動(dòng)物模型,從轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)和蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)角度研究動(dòng)物有關(guān)基因在不同環(huán)境脅迫下的表達(dá)與調(diào)控、以及蛋白質(zhì)譜的變化,在分子水平尋找人類(lèi)及動(dòng)物典型污染物暴露的更敏感、有效的生物標(biāo)記物,發(fā)展環(huán)境污染的早期預(yù)警系統(tǒng),并通過(guò)比較生物學(xué),找出該污染物在其他哺乳動(dòng)物和人類(lèi)的保守基因或信號(hào)通路,以便對(duì)污染物的環(huán)境健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
