本書為國家級(jí)職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃教材，由勞動(dòng)保障部培訓(xùn)就業(yè)司推薦。
本書根據(jù)勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障部頒發(fā)的金藍(lán)領(lǐng)技師教育培訓(xùn)教學(xué)計(jì)劃和教學(xué)大綱，由勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障部教材辦公室組織編寫。主要內(nèi)容包括英文識(shí)圖和英文說明書兩部分。具體分為機(jī)械制圖、電氣控制圖、通用機(jī)床、數(shù)控機(jī)床及編程、模具技術(shù)、金屬切削、可編程邏輯控制器、電工儀表測(cè)量、數(shù)控機(jī)床診斷與維修、電子技術(shù)。附錄部分收錄了工程圖中常用的專業(yè)術(shù)語、熱處理和工程材料常用的專業(yè)詞匯、電子信息技術(shù)術(shù)語。為了便于學(xué)習(xí)，書后還附有參考譯文及練習(xí)答案。
本書為金藍(lán)領(lǐng)技師教育培訓(xùn)公共課程教材，也可作為企業(yè)技師培訓(xùn)教材和自學(xué)用書。
