個(gè)人簡介:
1973年2月生,1995年于北京航空航天大學(xué)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)專業(yè)獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,本科畢業(yè)后免試推薦攻讀研究生,2001年3月獲博士學(xué)位。博士畢業(yè)后,在北京航空航天大學(xué)流體機(jī)械及工程博士后流動(dòng)站工作。2002年博士后出站后留校任教至今。期間,2007年破格聘為教授,2008年聘為博士生導(dǎo)師。2009年6月~2010年6月,在加州大學(xué)伯克利分校做訪問研究。
科研方面,主持了3項(xiàng)“國家自然科學(xué)基金”項(xiàng)目,1項(xiàng)“全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文作者專項(xiàng)基金”,2項(xiàng)“航空科學(xué)基金”項(xiàng)目,1項(xiàng)“中國博士后科學(xué)基金”等縱向課題,主持了多項(xiàng)和廠所合作的預(yù)研和型號課題。獲得的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)有:獲教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才計(jì)劃”(2006)支持,博士論文被評為“全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文(2003)”,北京市“五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)?rdquo;獲得者(2009),獲部級科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)(2012)、二等獎(jiǎng)兩項(xiàng)(1997,2013)、三等獎(jiǎng)(2007)一項(xiàng),被評為“國防科技工業(yè)優(yōu)秀博士(2005)”,首屆北航“藍(lán)天科研新星”(2005)。獲批國家發(fā)明專利4項(xiàng),出版專著《渦輪葉片疲勞》,主編教材《典型航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)對比分析》。
教學(xué)方面,是北航本科生精品課“彈性力學(xué)”的主講教師(北航優(yōu)秀主講教師);主講研究生一級學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)課“高等固體力學(xué)”(北航首批“研究生精品課”)。獲得的榮譽(yù)有:北京市“教學(xué)成果一等獎(jiǎng)(2012)”,北京市“師德先進(jìn)個(gè)人(2008)”;“高校優(yōu)秀德育工作者(2006-2007)”;“教育創(chuàng)新標(biāo)兵(2006)”;北航“第九屆(2008年)青年教師課堂教學(xué)比賽”一等獎(jiǎng)及最佳教案獎(jiǎng);北航優(yōu)秀碩士學(xué)位論文指導(dǎo)教師(2007,2008);北航教學(xué)成果一等獎(jiǎng)(2009);北航教學(xué)成果三等獎(jiǎng)(2009)。
