1981年?1984年   原蘭州醫(yī)學(xué)院神經(jīng)解剖學(xué)專業(yè)  碩士研究生。
1977年?1989年   原蘭州醫(yī)學(xué)院解剖教研室任助教、講師。
1990年?2004年   原蘭州醫(yī)學(xué)院外科手術(shù)學(xué)教研室任講師、副教授，設(shè)備處副處長、國資處處長，教學(xué)科研儀器報損報廢鑒定專家組成員。
2005年?2007年   蘭州大學(xué)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)院外科手術(shù)學(xué)教研室任教授，實驗室與設(shè)備管理處處長，教學(xué)科研儀器報損報廢鑒定專家組成員。
