張文煜教授, 博士,博士生導(dǎo)師。1986年畢業(yè)于南京氣象學(xué)院。現(xiàn)任大氣科學(xué)學(xué)院副院長、院工會主席、中國氣象學(xué)會大氣探測與儀器委員會委員、甘肅省氣象學(xué)會雷電防護(hù)專業(yè)委員會副主任委員、中國空氣動力學(xué)會風(fēng)工程和工業(yè)空氣動力學(xué)專業(yè)委員會委員。主要從事大氣探測、大氣污染和環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價(jià)、大氣氣溶膠、氣象信息處理等方面的研究。主持或參加了973計(jì)劃:全球典型干旱半干旱地區(qū)年代尺度氣候變化機(jī)理及其影響研究(2012CB956200),國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“黃土高原半干旱區(qū)氣溶膠對陸-氣間相互作用影響的觀測實(shí)驗(yàn)研究”,面上項(xiàng)目“沙漠氣溶膠垂直分布的激光探測研究”,“省自然科學(xué)基金“輻射對干旱半干旱區(qū)下墊面生態(tài)環(huán)境影響的研究”,教育部“春暉計(jì)劃”,干旱氣象科學(xué)研究基金“干旱半干旱地區(qū)激光雷達(dá)反演參數(shù)的標(biāo)定及觀測實(shí)驗(yàn)研究”,“蘭州市西固區(qū)域環(huán)境影響后評估污染氣象研究”,教育部“國家精品課程《大氣探測學(xué)》建設(shè)項(xiàng)目”等項(xiàng)目40多項(xiàng),發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇,出版教材著作3部。指導(dǎo)博士研究生和碩士研究生40多名。曾獲“甘肅省教學(xué)成果一等獎” 、“蘭州大學(xué)教學(xué)成果獎”六次、“甘肅省教學(xué)名師”、“師德標(biāo)兵”、“隆基教學(xué)名師獎”、“安博獎”、“甘肅省高等學(xué)校優(yōu)秀政治思想工作者”、“高校青年教師成才獎”,主講課程《大氣探測學(xué)》是“國家精品課程”、主講課程《雷達(dá)氣象學(xué)》是“甘肅省高校精品課程”。
主要講授的課程有《大氣探測學(xué)》、《雷達(dá)氣象學(xué)》、《現(xiàn)代大氣探測技術(shù)與方法》、《雷電防護(hù)》、《大氣科學(xué)導(dǎo)論》及《大氣探測學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》和《大氣科學(xué)綜合實(shí)習(xí)》等課程。
