個人簡介：

馮文全，男，四川成都人，1970年8月出生，博士、研究員，碩士生導師。1994年獲北京航空航天大學電子工程系學士學位；1998年獲北京航空航天大學電子工程系碩士學位；2009年獲北京航空航天大學電子信息工程學院獲博士學位；自1998年3月留校任教至今，歷任電子信息工程學院副書記、副院長，北航保衛(wèi)部（處）長，現(xiàn)任北京航空航天大學教務處處長、廣州北航新興產(chǎn)業(yè)技術研究院院長、北航衛(wèi)星導航重大項目辦公室主任、北航衛(wèi)星導航研究所所長、衛(wèi)星綜合測試與仿真課題組組長。中國電子學會高級會員，國家精品課程《電子電路》課程組主要成員，總裝第二代衛(wèi)星導航系統(tǒng)重大專項標準化工作專家組專家，中國全球定位系統(tǒng)衛(wèi)星導航專業(yè)委員會委員。在國內(nèi)外核心刊物和國際會議上發(fā)表論文30余篇，申請國家發(fā)明專利10項，已授權3項。編寫教材兩本。

研究方向：

1、通信與信息系統(tǒng)（遙測遙控技術、衛(wèi)星導航、衛(wèi)星測試與仿真）

2、電路與系統(tǒng)（電路設計自動化EDA)

教學和人才情況：

主講課程《電子電路2（通信電路原理）》，本科生核心課程；2010年至今培養(yǎng)碩士生27人（已畢業(yè)15人），擔任副導師和協(xié)助指導博士生8人（已畢業(yè)4人），留學生1人，培養(yǎng)質量良好。熱愛研究生教育事業(yè)，熟悉研究生教育的政策法規(guī)，教書育人，為人師表，治學態(tài)度嚴謹，認真履行指導教師職責。

科研情況：

長期從事衛(wèi)星通信與測控、衛(wèi)星綜合測試與仿真、衛(wèi)星導航等領域的科研工作，研究成果和解決方案在航天數(shù)十個衛(wèi)星型號中得到應用。能及時掌握本學科的國際前沿及發(fā)展趨勢，能獨立從事并指導創(chuàng)造性的研究工作。有協(xié)助本人開展研究的學術隊伍和穩(wěn)定的科研項目及經(jīng)費來源。主持并完成航空科學基金、總裝預研項目、總參預研項目、及重點型號橫向課題共百余項。
