個人簡介:
崔益民,1994年畢業(yè)于合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系,獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;2003年在中國科學(xué)院等離子體物理研究所獲博士學(xué)位;2003年進(jìn)入清華大學(xué)物理系從事博士后研究工作;2005年來北京航空航天大學(xué)物理系工作。近年來,主要從事等氧化物功能薄膜的制備和物性研究。負(fù)責(zé)和參加國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家科技支撐計劃、“973”、“863”等課題10余項。在Appl.Phys.Lett.,ACSAppl.-Mater.-Interfaces等刊物發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇,申請國家發(fā)明專利10項,已授權(quán)發(fā)明專利7項。
