研究經(jīng)歷: 2014年12月獲華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)果樹學(xué)博士學(xué)位,從事小RNA調(diào)控柑橘體細(xì)胞胚發(fā)生研究。2013年赴美博士聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)1年,研究豆類植物合子胚早期構(gòu)件的功能。2015年1月任教,從事柑橘生物技術(shù)研究。
研究興趣:
1)柑橘體細(xì)胞胚發(fā)生機(jī)理:愈傷組織是柑橘等果樹資源離體保存與創(chuàng)新、遺傳改良的重要外植體,而體細(xì)胞胚發(fā)生是愈傷組織離體再生的主要方式。擬從小RNA調(diào)控的角度,探討愈傷組織體細(xì)胞胚發(fā)生的分子機(jī)理,為維持柑橘體細(xì)胞胚發(fā)生能力提供理論基礎(chǔ),長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)是將愈傷組織更有效地用于柑橘資源的離體保存與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新。
2)柑橘珠心胚發(fā)生機(jī)理:大多數(shù)柑橘品種具有無融合生殖特性,其珠心細(xì)胞不經(jīng)歷減數(shù)分裂和精卵結(jié)合過程能直接發(fā)育形成胚。珠心胚來源的幼苗不攜帶病毒,并與親本植株遺傳組成一致,是柑橘砧木繁育和優(yōu)良基因型固定的理論依據(jù)。擬利用激光顯微切割技術(shù)精細(xì)取樣并結(jié)合高通量的“組學(xué)”技術(shù),發(fā)掘柑橘珠心胚發(fā)生的調(diào)控基因并驗(yàn)證其功能。長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)是揭示柑橘無融合生殖機(jī)理,利用該性狀固定雜種優(yōu)勢(shì),降低制種成本。
