個人簡介董五輩,男,1965年2月出生,博士生導師。主要從事于廣譜抗病基因的分離克隆和植物-微生物分子互作應(yīng)用工程。利用我們實驗室建立的新技術(shù)從中草藥植物及生防菌等中分離抗病基因。利用我們分離到的新基因轉(zhuǎn)化植物及生防菌。我們在《The Plant Cell》,《PNAS》,《Scientific Reports (Nature)》,《Virology》,《PLoS ONE》,《Plant Physiology》,《IET Systems Biology》,《Molecular Plant Pathology》,《農(nóng)業(yè)生物技術(shù)學報》等國內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表文章30多篇。包括《ScienceDaily》,《Economist》,《Daily Science News》,《United Press International》,《Medical News Today》,《NewsZoom》,《The Sunday Paper》,《Bio-Medicine》,《What's Next In Science & Technology》,《UGA NEWS》等至少33家國際媒體曾先后報道了我們的研究工作,如本實驗室建立的基因消除PCR技術(shù)被Nature出版集團發(fā)表在《科學報道》上后,又被美國的一家科技信息媒體作為新發(fā)明進行了報道,詳情請參見下面網(wǎng)頁:http://www.sciguru.com/newsitem/16371/reverse-process-pcr-eliminate-unwanted-genes-cycle-cycle-new-invention 。
基因消除PCR(Removing PCR, R-PCR)是基因擴增PCR逆向過程的一種去除非目標基因的新技術(shù)。在PCR反應(yīng)中,每一循環(huán)目標基因得到了擴增;在基因消除PCR反應(yīng)中,每一循環(huán)非目標基因得到了去除。如果你想擴增你想要的基因,你可用PCR;如果你想去除你不想要的基因,你可用基因消除PCR。
