主要研究方向:
以生物物理與生物無機(jī)化學(xué)為主要研究方向。研究領(lǐng)域包括生物大分子的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能關(guān)系,生物體系熱力學(xué),生物活性分子與小分子的相互作用等;主要研究內(nèi)容包括淀粉樣多肽的金屬抑制劑分子作用機(jī)制,血紅素類蛋白溶液構(gòu)象的分子動(dòng)力學(xué)模擬與功能關(guān)系,以及生物活性分子芋螺毒素的溶液結(jié)構(gòu)與功能關(guān)系比較。
主要科研項(xiàng)目與課題:
1.金屬配合物與朊蛋白神經(jīng)肽的相互作用,國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目,2013-2016, 項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,80萬元。
2.海洋生物資源-芋螺毒素的結(jié)構(gòu)修飾與潛在應(yīng)用研究,化工資源有效利用國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放課題,2012-2014,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,5萬元。
3.激發(fā)態(tài)電子結(jié)構(gòu)理論和溶液光化學(xué)反應(yīng)機(jī)理的計(jì)算模擬,科技部973計(jì)劃,2011-2015,學(xué)術(shù)骨干,20萬元。
4.血紅素類蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)功能研究,985基地項(xiàng)目,2009-2015,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,15萬元。
