1963年出生于山東。山東大學(xué)光學(xué)系 學(xué)士(1985年);航天部701研究所 助工(1985至 1987年);哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)16專業(yè) 碩士(1989年);中國科學(xué)院物理研究所 博士(1992年);中國科學(xué)院生物物理研究所 高級工程師(1993至 1994年);日本關(guān)西學(xué)院大學(xué)化學(xué)系博士后(1995至2001);中國科學(xué)院化學(xué)研究所 研究員、入選"百人計劃"(2001至2006)、分子動態(tài)與穩(wěn)態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)國家重點實驗室 副主任(2001至2005);哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)凝聚態(tài)科技研究中心 客座教授、兼職博士生導(dǎo)師(2005至今);中國人民大學(xué)化學(xué)系 教授(2006年至今)。

研究興趣
通過超快光譜手段研究復(fù)雜功能分子與材料體系的構(gòu)效關(guān)系。主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)生物、化學(xué)以及材料體系中的電荷轉(zhuǎn)移和能量傳遞動力學(xué);(2)天然抗氧化劑自由基反應(yīng)機理;(3)激光光譜學(xué)新理論、新方法。

“光電轉(zhuǎn)換過程的超快光譜” ,自然科學(xué)基金委重點項目(2010-2013);“紫色光合細(xì)菌捕光天線聚集態(tài)和環(huán)境因素對激發(fā)態(tài)動力學(xué)”,自然科學(xué)基金委面上項目(2011-2015);“光電功能體系表界面結(jié)構(gòu)化學(xué)調(diào)控及應(yīng)用”,自然科學(xué)基金委重點項目(2012-2016)。

從事生物、化學(xué)和光電功能材料等復(fù)雜體系的分子動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)研究。建立了大型分子動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)研究平臺,包括寬時域時間分辨光譜、飛秒時間分辨受激拉曼光譜、光譜顯微等尖端技術(shù)手段,發(fā)展了復(fù)雜光譜動力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)解析方法。在天然與模擬光合作用超分子體系、天然抗氧化劑的自由基反應(yīng)機理、以及光電功能分子與材料研究領(lǐng)域發(fā)表SCI收錄科研論文120余篇。代表性論文:
