多年來一直從事有機化學、藥物化學、化學生物學的科研與教學工作。主要研究方向為基于作用機制的雜環(huán)類化合物的設計、合成、合成方法及生物活性研究。已主持完成國家自然科學基金2項,作為主要參加者完成國家自然科學基金3項以及“973”子課題等。目前主持或承擔國家“十一五”“北京大學綜合性創(chuàng)新藥物研究開發(fā)技術大平臺”的候選藥物研究品種及新藥臨床前研究課題。在國內外學術刊物上發(fā)表論文40余篇,申請專利6項。

2. 氨基二硫代甲酸酯類化合物的設計、合成及抗腫瘤活性研究
