葉加, 女,博士,博士后學(xué)歷,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。1993年在上海中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)獲醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位,同年到北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院從事分子生物學(xué)博士后研究工作。1995年在中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所醫(yī)學(xué)分子生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行分子免疫學(xué)研究。1997獲日本長壽振興財(cái)團(tuán)基金,赴WHO日本東京都老人綜合研究所從事免疫研究工作,尋找類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎病理基因,探討免疫耐受與自身免疫病發(fā)病機(jī)制的關(guān)系。近年主要從事神經(jīng)藥理學(xué)、免疫藥理學(xué)的研究。承擔(dān)和參與科技部“十五攻關(guān)”、“973”、國家自然科學(xué)基金等項(xiàng)目。在鎮(zhèn)痛機(jī)制研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎新靶點(diǎn)---外周a7nAChR與M4AChR,此受體的活化可引起較強(qiáng)的鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎作用而無明顯毒副作用。近年以第一和責(zé)任作者在國外SCI和國內(nèi)核心雜志發(fā)表科研論文20余篇,申請中國專利和世界專利1項(xiàng)。
