1989.9-1993.7 北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),獲學(xué)士學(xué)位。2001.9-2003.7年于北京大學(xué)藥劑學(xué)專業(yè)在職學(xué)習(xí),獲碩士學(xué)位。2005.9-2008.7年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院生物物理研究所在職學(xué)習(xí),獲博士學(xué)位。2011年于奧地利因斯布魯克大學(xué)進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)三個(gè)月。1993.8留校后進(jìn)入北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院藥劑教研室從事教學(xué)和科研工作,主要承擔(dān)本科生、研究生的藥劑學(xué)、生物藥劑學(xué)與藥物動(dòng)力學(xué)的理論課程與實(shí)驗(yàn)課程的教學(xué)工作。1998年聘為講師,2009年聘為副教授。參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家課題和新藥制劑開發(fā)工作,如NSF重點(diǎn)資助項(xiàng)目“基于分子靶向給藥的腫瘤聯(lián)合治療”(在研)、973計(jì)劃資助項(xiàng)目“納米技術(shù)改善難溶性藥物功效的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究” (在研)、科技部“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”新制劑與新釋藥系統(tǒng)技術(shù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目(在研)、863計(jì)劃資助項(xiàng)目“環(huán)孢素A納米?诜⻊┬偷难芯”(已結(jié)題)、NSF重點(diǎn)資助項(xiàng)目“載體給藥系統(tǒng)的分子藥劑學(xué)” (已結(jié)題)、“蚯蚓纖連蛋白酶在乙型肝炎治療中的基礎(chǔ)研究”、一類新藥“RS-27 輸液劑的研制”等。
主要研究方向
納米技術(shù)增加難溶性藥物及多肽蛋白類藥物的口服吸收,腫瘤靶向納米藥物輸送系統(tǒng)研究。
