個人簡介
賈傳磊,男,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。2001年畢業(yè)于山東大學物理學院本科基地班,理學學士;2006年畢業(yè)于山東大學物理學院,凝聚態(tài)物理博士;2008年至今,副教授;2009-2010年美國紐約州立大學奧爾巴尼分校納米科學與工程學院訪問學者。主要從事離子與固體相互作用、導波光學、新型光電信息材料、寬禁帶半導體材料性能調(diào)控的理論及實驗研究、表面及界面物理、加速器科學等研究工作。合作承擔國家自然科學基金聯(lián)合基金一項,主持完成國家自然科學基金青年基金一項,參加完成國家自然科學基金重點項目及面上項目三項。在Optics Express、Applied Physics Letters、Physical Review B、Journal of Applied Physics、Applied Physics B、Applied Optics、Applied Surface Science等發(fā)表SCI檢索論文20多篇,第一申請人授權國家發(fā)明專利一項。

研究領域
主要從事離子與固體相互作用、導波光學、新型光電信息材料、寬禁帶半導體材料性能調(diào)控的理論及實驗研究、表面及界面物理、加速器科學等研究工作。

1、高能離子束輻照紅外晶體的性能研究。國家自然科學基金聯(lián)合基金,合作課題負責人(2015.1-2017.12 在研);
2、稀土Er/Yb共摻雜ZnO薄膜光波導的制備新方法研究。國家自然科學基金青年基金,項目負責人(2009.1-2011.12,結題);
3、基于各向異性AgCl-Agz立方體異質(zhì)結液相組裝磁分離型太陽能光驅(qū)動納米光催化劑性能研究,國家自然科學基金青年基金,項目主要成員(2011.1-2013.12,結題)。
