高蓓,女,1982年10月生,博士,華東理工大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)院碩士生導(dǎo)師。長(zhǎng)期致力于合成生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、生物催化與生物轉(zhuǎn)化等領(lǐng)域相關(guān)研究工作。作為負(fù)責(zé)人先后主持國(guó)家科技部“863”計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、上海市自然科學(xué)基金、中央高;究蒲袠I(yè)務(wù)費(fèi)探索基金等多項(xiàng)國(guó)家及省部級(jí)課題,并與恒瑞醫(yī)藥股份有限公司、漢康豆類(lèi)食品有限公司等多家企業(yè)進(jìn)行合作。在“Scientific Reports”、“Catalysis Science and Technology”、“FEBS Journal”、“Journal of Biotechnology”等本領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)期刊上發(fā)表論文多篇,授權(quán)專(zhuān)利多項(xiàng)。

合成生物學(xué):基于合成生物學(xué)和代謝工程的原理和方法,致力于微生物細(xì)胞工廠的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用;
酶工程:基于計(jì)算生物學(xué)和結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)的酶資源開(kāi)發(fā)與理性改造;基于生物化學(xué)和生物催化與轉(zhuǎn)化的工業(yè)化酶的創(chuàng)制及應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究。
