科研成果
近幾年來主要在計(jì)算生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域從事基因組分析、蛋白質(zhì)折疊及蛋白質(zhì)相互作用、微生物熱適應(yīng)的分子機(jī)理等方向的研究工作,在Nucleic Acid Res., Structure, PLoS Comput Biol., Sci. Rep., J. Mol. Biol.,Proteins, Genome Biol., BMC Genomics, PLoS One, FEBS J., FEBS Lett., Gene, Biochem. Biophys. Res.
