研究方向
遺傳變異的功能預(yù)測(cè)和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。系統(tǒng)分析了人類(lèi)中遺傳變異對(duì)miRNA、lncRNA、甲基化、基因表達(dá)、可變剪切等功能的影響。構(gòu)建了一系列遺傳變異相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(miRNASNP、lncRNASNP、PancanQTL、Pancan-meQTL、SplicingQTL)。并結(jié)合分子流行病學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)等技術(shù)鑒定及驗(yàn)證了多個(gè)癌癥相關(guān)的易感位點(diǎn)及基因。
生物大數(shù)據(jù)的整合分析及挖掘。高通量測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)分析及TCGA、ENCODE、GTEx等大型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)資源的整合分析。

主要致力于生物大數(shù)據(jù)的整合分析和腫瘤相關(guān)的分子流行病學(xué)研究。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)青年基金、中國(guó)博士后基金等課題。以第一作者或通訊作者在Annals of oncology、Nucleic Acids Research(4篇)、Cell Reports、Carcinogenesis、European journal of cancer等雜志上發(fā)表SCI 文章20多篇,累計(jì)影響因子超過(guò)100分,其中2篇論文被評(píng)為ESI高被引論文,1篇引用次數(shù)達(dá)250次。
