謝靜莉,女,工學博士,副研究員,華東理工大學生物工程學院。
現(xiàn)任生物反應(yīng)器工程國家重點實驗室常務(wù)副主任,曾任華東理工大學生物工程學院食品科學與工程系副主任、常務(wù)副主任。先后作為課題組長或負責人承擔科技部863計劃、國家自然科學基金青年基金項目、上海市科技攻關(guān)項目子課題,科技部973計劃項目子課題等多項國家及省部級課題,并與雀巢上海研發(fā)有限公司、美國派拉蒙農(nóng)場有限公司、上海漢康豆類食品有限公司等多家國內(nèi)外企業(yè)進行合作。發(fā)表學術(shù)論文53篇,其中以通訊/第一作者身份發(fā)表SCI論文30篇,授權(quán)專利7項。

食品生物技術(shù):基于功能基因組學的乳酸菌益生功能研究與天然活性物質(zhì)代謝途徑研究;基于結(jié)構(gòu)生物學的食品酶學研究與酶制劑開發(fā);具有益生和促進健康作用的發(fā)酵食品開發(fā)技術(shù)。
功能性食品:基于生物信息學與生物計算學的食源性活性肽靶向酶解與構(gòu)效關(guān)系研究;活性肽類功能食品開發(fā)技術(shù)。
