2009/09 - 2014/07,中國科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體研究所,微電子與固體電子學(xué),博士2005/09 - 2009/07,北京理工大學(xué),光電學(xué)院,電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè),學(xué)士
研究方向:
一直致力于Si基半導(dǎo)體光電探測器的研究,涉及器件物理,工藝物理,測試表征等研究方向。
主要成果:
目前主持國家和省部級項目5項,包括:國家自然科學(xué)青年基金,北京市教委項目等,迄今發(fā)表文章17篇,其中第一作者SCI論文8篇,第一發(fā)明人申請專利2項。
