研究領(lǐng)域博士/博士后期間的研究方向為光子晶體無源、有源器件及其在集成芯片上的應(yīng)用。實現(xiàn)了尺寸最小的寬帶光開關(guān),同時是InP基有源光子晶體刻蝕深寬比記錄保持者;留校工作后,在國內(nèi)率先開展光聲晶體前沿研究,在國內(nèi)首次研制出大于5GHz聲子頻率的納米臂微腔。作為項目負責人和項目骨干承擔多項國家和國際合作項目。
