【研究領(lǐng)域】
多年來(lái),藤田盛久博士致力于細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)和生物化學(xué)的研究,尤其是糖生物學(xué)和分子遺傳學(xué)領(lǐng)域。特別是他在蛋白質(zhì)糖脂翻譯后修飾術(shù)語(yǔ)也叫做GPI錨定化的生理功能研究中的突出貢獻(xiàn)。他鑒定出并分析了GPI錨結(jié)構(gòu)重構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵基因。目前,他把目標(biāo)放在具有生物學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)意義的重要糖蛋白胞內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程的研究。為了深入了解該過(guò)程,運(yùn)用遺傳學(xué)方法,細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和生物化學(xué)等技術(shù)綜合的在動(dòng)物細(xì)胞和酵母細(xì)胞中開(kāi)展研究。
