基本情況:
具有全面、規(guī)范的中藥新藥審評培訓經(jīng)歷,系統(tǒng)、現(xiàn)代的中藥研究經(jīng)歷和豐富的中、西藥生產(chǎn)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗。將共晶、液晶、納晶等新技術(shù)引入到藥物研發(fā)領(lǐng)域,取得突破性成果;在口腔粘膜給藥系統(tǒng)、緩控釋給藥系統(tǒng)、微粒給藥系統(tǒng)等形成特色的研究方向;在抗腫瘤、心腦血管、抗感染、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等領(lǐng)域研發(fā)方向明確。
應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)化成熟度高。申請專利12項,獲得授權(quán)專利6項;與國內(nèi)外企業(yè)簽訂新制劑與新給藥系統(tǒng)合作開發(fā)協(xié)議近20項,目前已有13項均已通過了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線工藝驗證,產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果顯著。
注重制劑的基礎(chǔ)理論研究,為211引進人才;2010年獲得江蘇省“六大人才高峰”計劃(A類);目前獲得國家、省部級等各類基金10余項;發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇;擔任國際期刊AAPS Pharma Sci Tech,International Journal of Pharmaceutics審稿專家。
