王小兵,男,博士,副教授,碩士研究生導師,研究領域為天然活性成分研究與開發(fā)。
2001年畢業(yè)于漢中師范學院,獲化學教育專業(yè)學士學位;2005年畢業(yè)于陜西師范大學,獲有機化學專業(yè)碩士學位;2008年畢業(yè)于中國藥科大學,獲藥物化學專業(yè)博士學位。2008年7月留校天然藥物化學教研室工作,2011年6月晉升為副教授。2015年作為訪問學者,在The Scripps Research Institute的Jin-Quan Yu教授課題組從事有機合成中的碳氫活化和天然產(chǎn)物合成研究工作。現(xiàn)主持國家自然科學基金面上項目和江蘇省自然科學基金青年項目各一項,參與多項國家和省部級基金項目。
研究方向:
1.基于天然產(chǎn)物的合理藥物設計與研究;
2.天然產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)修飾與全合成;
3.天然產(chǎn)物生物轉(zhuǎn)化研究。
主持的基金項目:
1.國家自然科學基金面上項目,基于天然產(chǎn)物“優(yōu)勢結(jié)構(gòu)”和藥物“活性片段”具有均衡活性的多靶點阿爾茨海默病藥物分子研究,編號:81573313,2016~2019.
2.江蘇省自然科學基金青年項目,若干常見中草藥活性成分的酶促生物轉(zhuǎn)化研究,編號:BK20130664,2013~2016.
