柳軍,女,現(xiàn)任中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)新藥篩選中心副研究員。1994年7月獲中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)中藥藥理專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位;1995-1996年在中科院上海藥物所藥理室任研究助理;1998-2001年在美國(guó)佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院任研究助理,從事分子生物學(xué)研究;2003年獲美國(guó)加州州立大學(xué)生物化學(xué)碩士學(xué)位;2011年獲中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)藥理學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位;2014年1月至2015年2月先后在美國(guó)Dartmouth學(xué)院和Wisconsin醫(yī)學(xué)院進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)學(xué)者交流,從事腫瘤免疫學(xué)研究。
研究方向:代謝藥理。主要從事代謝性疾。ㄌ悄虿『透哐Y)藥物的機(jī)制研究、相關(guān)靶點(diǎn)尋找與確證、藥物篩選模型和篩選新技術(shù)的建立以及新藥開發(fā)。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容包括針對(duì)高血脂及其誘發(fā)的動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化,開展膽固醇代謝調(diào)控的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑、分子調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)及相關(guān)藥物機(jī)制研究;基于胰島b-細(xì)胞的保護(hù)和再生作用的天然產(chǎn)物的發(fā)現(xiàn)及系統(tǒng)性評(píng)價(jià)。近年來(lái),針對(duì)新發(fā)現(xiàn)的免疫檢查點(diǎn)蛋白VISTA,開展腫瘤免疫及自身免疫性疾病的分子機(jī)制及新藥發(fā)現(xiàn)研究,相關(guān)研究成果已發(fā)表于PNAS。
作為主要成員參與國(guó)家“十五”重大專項(xiàng)“新藥篩選平臺(tái)技術(shù)研究、國(guó)家“十五”重大專項(xiàng)“新型高通量篩選模型、化合物庫(kù)建設(shè)和藥物篩選”、國(guó)家“十一五”科技重大專項(xiàng)“新藥篩選核心技術(shù)規(guī)范化平臺(tái)建設(shè)及其科學(xué)應(yīng)用”的研究,還承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金和省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目。已發(fā)表論文70余篇,其中SCI論文50余篇,參編英文專著1部;申請(qǐng)專利10項(xiàng),其中獲得授權(quán)專利1項(xiàng)。
